It's been pretty much agreed upon by most of us veterans that " set point " is

a dubious place. For one thing it seems to change and move about in adult

life. This has been borne out by our collective experiences. The only way

that that you can know what that now is, is that you'll know it when you get

to it because it will be difficult to get below it and you'll " plateau " for

many weeks or even months.

In any case I'm sure you realize that 1140 calories is dangerously low and

you would be flirting with bad nutrition/extremism if you ever tried to go

anywhere near that number.
