How many calories are you consuming? Are you hungry? If so, perhaps you're trying to do too much too fast. Do not go back to eating " junk " . But do eat more healthy foods if you're hungry and snapping at people for that reason. Some people think that addiction to sugar is a reality. Or perhaps you've givien up something like pepsi/coke and you're in caffeine withdrawal.
