Guest guest
Lately, I wake up at 3:30-4:30 every day. Even after loading up on some kind of sleeping meds, I wake up at 5:30, with a hangover. We do live pretty far north so there may be a seasonal factor involved, but I've never been a morning person. Now I wake up pretty much *wired* every day. Oddly enough, my morning dose of Armour makes me feel sleepy again, but not enough to go back to sleep. I've got cortisol and cortisone numbers from a recent battery of tests, but that was before starting on thyroid hormone replacement therapy. The numbers were high, but within range. Any ideas? Thanks, -Mike
Guest guest
1) you aren't on enough Armour 2) cortisol tests are worthless Gracia Lately, I wake up at 3:30-4:30 every day. Guest guest
Well, I must be making up for lost time. Had a nap yesterday morning, and fell asleep at about 4:00 PM. Woke up at midnight. Taking a big dose of melatonin to get back to sleep. Disrupted sleep patterns suck! > Lately, I wake up at 3:30-4:30 every day.
