Well Bev,

I'd say the turnaround has been recent, since I started taking

iodide and armour (began start of last year IIRC). Every single day

now I think back to what I was like, say, five or six years ago,

when I was on the doc's prescription like a good little puppy. The

TSH was apparently " fine " , but I was a very noticeably bloated,

depressed, sluggish, unfit, mentally slow, self-loathing and mostly

very FRUSTRATED individual!

accompany you on your quest!
