Guest guest
Yes, definitely not the standard store stuff, but there is one brand still containing nothing but peanuts (and salt) - scudders now owned by smucker. I notice also that soy bean butters have a lot of extra stuff too. I drain the oil to reduce fat content a little. Another thing I've noticed is that they tend to cook nuts in peanut oil, instead of the nut they're cooking. Delicious and without theadded sugar, salt, extra hydrogenated oils etc. Store upside down so thatthe natural nut butter oils get spread throughout the butter, otherwise theyrise to the top. That helps to fill up, and also helps to make sure get the water in. If you don't get in at least two quarts/liters a day, you're not helping your body to lose. It has to wash out all the leftover chemicals and other crap from your losing. It'll also help reduce constipation. dan -- Dan Lester, Boise, ID honu@... www.mylapband.tk Dr. Ortiz, Tijuana, 4/28/03 323/209/199 Age 63 The road goes on forever.....
