Minerals include enough ocean sea salt and good water that contains minerals (not reverse osmosis or distilled unless minerals are added to it), plus calcium and magnesium supplements (ensure you are taking equal amounts per my article). Also see the Water Retention article (it isn't on my website yet), which is in the Group's Files in the " C) Treatments " Folder.
