Guest guest
Hi a, It really depends...some people come to the program with few symptoms. Die-off can be a relatively mild process for them. Some people start the program very slowly, again, die-off might be minimal. Some people have more severe symptoms and even starting slowly will cause uncomfortable die-off. Each person individual. But the one thing I can tell you for sure is that die-off can't be avoided. It WILL happen...the degree of it is what is variable. If you've read 's posts you know he's been dealing with some serious die-off for quite some time. I'm just using him as an example and then there are others who hardly have any die-off at all. So, again...it just depends. As well, natural healing is an up and down journey...one day you might be doing great and the next you feel like crap. Then you might be great again for a few days and then, you feel like crap all over again. Eventually though, the good days will outweigh the crappy ones and you will start feeling better and better. I hope that helps, jackie > > I just read that die-off can begin in a day or two or in two weeks. Is this > true? I also read that the worst of it is usually over in 3 weeks. I do understand that I cannot avoid die-off, however, I would like to minimize it. From what I understand die-off symptoms are due to toxins being dumped into your bloodstream, and if it happens too rapidly, that's not good for your body either. Right now, most days, my pain is so bad I can barely stand it, especially since I just started a job and I in training all day long.. I guess I am just trying to understand what is going on and in some cases, by looking back at fitday.com, I was able to pinpoint where the pain was coming from and then make adjustments. For example, Pau D'Arco tea at 4 cups a day was awful for me, but at 1 cup a day the pain was there, but it was tolerable. So am trying to get back to a tolerable level with the die-off. Thanks, a
