Is this what you take last, after > the candida is killed? Thanks in Advance! > ==>Hi Amy. It is taken for both digestion and as a probiotic. Yes you add probiotics as the last step, at which time you are doing all 4 steps at the same time: 1 & 2: diet 3: antifungals 4: probiotics You wouldn't have necessarily killed off all of the candida at that point, but you would have gotten through most of the die-off symptoms on the first 3 steps. The goal is not to kill off all candida because it is a normal inhabitant in your body. The goal is to build up the immune system so it can keep candida in check the way it is meant to be. Implanting plenty of friendly bacteria, which are probiotics, helps get candida under control too. It will cause some die-off as well. At some point all of the candida in your body will change back to its normal shape and characteristics, and it will be a nice friendly bacteria in your body instead of overgrowing out of control. That's when you are cured. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
> > Hi, I made my first batch of cabbage rejuvelac and when I opened the jar to strain off the initial batch it smelled like someone had died. What did I do wrong? ==>Is it possible you blended it too long? If so, maybe chop it instead. Also the temperature of the room shouldn't be too warm nor should it sit near heat. Also ensure the water you use is filtered or boiled for 30 minutes to remove the chlorine or buy filtered water for it. Bee

It is important to start on the supplements as soon as you can - the diet plus supplements together provide the nutrients your body needs to build up your immune system. One without the other doesn't help. ==>You can eat 1-2 tbls of sauerkraut or kimchi now with meals, which also provides some probiotics, and later when you are ready for probiotics start on cabbage rejuvelac. My article explains why you wait. Bee

Guest guest
AHH! I have Bubbies saurkraut...it was the only brand I could find at the time. I'll try either Karthein's or another brand. Always working to fine tune the diet! :-) in Texas ==>You must make your own kimchi, but you can buy a good unpasteurized sauerkraut at the health store. It should be organic or certified organic and in the fridge even at the store. Do not buy Bubbies because it has been heat treated. I buy Karthein's here in Canada.
