I am thinking that many people have experienced " hunger pains " to some degree. Can any one give me some tips on foods/eating habits that seem to affect " hunger " sensation? I realize " fiber " and moderate portions are some things that affect " hunger " , but I am looking for things like food composition (fat, carbs, protein), specific foods and eating patterns that affect how hungry you get.
