Get as much sunlight in the winter as possible. Read/sit and do things by a

sunlit window. If you work, be sure and get out for a walk during the noon

hour (when light is the brightest). See former posts (check the archives)

on " depression " which talk about sunlight in the winter when you're more apt

to have a deficit.
