Yes, erection is dependant on blood flow. It might be a good idea for you to go

to

your GP or Internist with this problem. It is not something that should be

taken

lightly. Also, if you are diabetic, that could have something to do with it

too.

Get checked for Peyronie's (google it). My brother in law had it.

Also, if you take high blood pressure meds - or any other kind of heart

meds, you are a prime candidate for ED. Your doc can work with you to find

the right BP/Heart drug which allows sexual activity. My cousin (58)

switched to Altace and is doing well now.

That would be more consistent with hypoT, not enough Synthroid. What's

your TSH on Synthroid?

Look at Hormone Solutions by Thierry Hertoghe MD.

you need to get on enough thyroid meds and then add testosterone and/or DHEA.

Iodine also sensitizes hormone receptors.
