Interesting article Venizia, thanks for sending it! I

would never take armour before bed lol, it would be a

disaster and I wouldn't get the optimum ampunt of

energy throughout the day. In terms of Synthroid I can

see how it wouldn't matter. I love the T3 spikes. If

I time it right I can pass out each night with no

problems whatsoever and get the BEST sleep, all my

friends are jealous :-)

I have found since splitting my dose in two, before breakfast and before dinner

that the

most significant result is that the Afib seems to have calmed down. I do feel

better, but

having just switched to Armour, I'm waiting to see the ultimate effects.
