As Warren suggests,

keep it simple at first. You might

take a look at fitday.com. It’s

very handy and totally free. If you

decide later on to involve yourself in counting ALL of your micronutrients,

there are more elaborate programs that you can buy (listed in our files

somewhere.) But fitday.com will get

you started and might be more than you ever feel you need.

I like simplicity too. IOW use the steps outlined in the file " CR Made

Easy " .
