Guest guest
I just ate 's breakfast and I feel great, not stuffed like I thought i would. I had 4 oz steak, 2 eggs and only one cup of broccoli (because that was all I had). Hopefully it will keep me satisfied all morning. Thanks thomas, I always look for your posts knowing I'll get good advice.

Guest guest
I am glad for you, but do you weigh the same as Carolyn? The serving sizes are for a 190lbs person. Did you add oil? Guest guest
You may need to fix your digestive tract if you are actually eating correctly. I compare your intestinal tract to a septic tank. If it has been abused it needs to be pumped out and recultured. Sound like fun? Hi, I do understand that - but it has to be replaced somehow? I wondered if an extra-high amount of red meat would also be helpful in re-supplying raw materials to make more. I ask because in my own situation I have a syndrome that turns muscle to sugar - and I find that I need to eat extremely high red meat protein to keep up with the loss and not have my blood protein way below normal with nasty symptoms. I thought you might need to do something comparable. Just a thought. The real answer would be to stop the bleeding. I don't have a suggestion on that other than that homeopathy properly applied can be helpful in most chronic situations. Namaste, Irene -- Irene de Villiers, B.Sc; AASCA; MCSSA; D.I.Hom. Guest guest
Hi Bee, I carefully am presenting my thought and plan to retry the diet in spite of my complete gastrointestinal failure. Realize that I get major flash backs because I was very sick in my thirties and they were the worse years of my life. Also I gave birth to four children, two of them are very sick and one is mildly Autistic. She is the one that broke out in ring worm with the diet. I have managed relatively good health since researching and doing things such as all RAW, colon cleanses, 2x yearly detox, extensive and long term juice fasting, water fasting ect. Nothing this far is a total answer even the raw foods as much as I love a raw diet. I can not manage the nuts at all and must only use high water content vegetables. I also have trouble with oils. I have always been able to digest meats as long as I only eat it with vegetables. I am very successful with fasting but can't live forever with no food ~smile~ Also I am overweight only since December and have been sick sense December. I put on ten pounds for no reason and juice fasted to take it off three times! I put on ten and took off ten pounds three different times in December before putting the breaks on the yo-yo problem. (hashimotos/thyroiditis). Currently I have stabilized my condition with watermelon fasting adding only the egg drink. I do fine on watermelon and when I have the egg drink I get a headache that last only 1/2 hour, my sinuses back up and I burp it up. I am certain this is die off. Due to travel watermelon is simple easy to fast on so I will do this until Monday in which I will switch to green drinks that kill yeast such as cabbage with the egg drink. I may continue with some fruit to slow die off. I am all liquids to stabilize my digestive system. From here I will introduce a 2nd egg drink until I get no more reaction. Then I will go to food eating my vegetables and blending my cooked meats and oils, until I have no reaction. Then I will slowly introduce 3 meals a day. I intend to still eat a lot raw for the enzymes, and steamed vegetables. I want to add fruit in as quickly as possible but I believe this is the candida talking to me. I love my desserts made of fruit. I expect to be able to be on the diet as a normal person ~smile~ by the end of March. How does this sound Bee, would we be better with a one on one consultation? Thanks Bee you are a Godsend to us. Bernadette Diagnosed with: Hasimotos/Thyroiditis, acid reflux, IBS, Nodules one the voice box, anxiety, goiter. Currently has yeast/bladder infections, sore throat (8 months now), has seen parasites (recently), has had a 11 year nail fungus. Is tired, brain fogged, lacks ability to process information and remember anything. Who thanks God for great employees that do my job when I can't. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
