Guest guest
I doubt there is anyone who spends less on food than I do. That is because I consume fresh home-grown sprouts cultivated on my living room carpet -- in sprout houses. The sum of $20.00 will feed you completely for many months with unbeatable nutrition. Check out the nutrition in a pound of alfalfa sprouts (or radish sprouts) in the USDA nutrition database. For lowest cost, lowest calories, highest nutrition, zero bugs, zero pesticides, total convenience, availability anywhere, and all year round freshness, home sprouting is unbeatable. Buy your sprout seeds at Mumm's, since they sell at commercial bulk prices to the general public, and their seed is tested in advance for safety and germination rate. These two factors of safety and germination are paramount for success at sprouting. I have posted previously on sprouting. Check past messages. There are also Support Group files on sprouting. -- Warren Oh, the soup recipe I have posted in the past gives you a very filling nutritious soup that costs almost nothing. The soup stock is instant, the herbs are almost free, and the soup is scrumptious and of lowest calories. > -----Original Message----- > From: greenlongdistance [mailto:greenlongdistance@...] > Sent: Tuesday, December 30, 2003 7:35 AM > > Subject: [ ] old and new to this > > > Hello.
