We haven't had anything bad for a long time, so I thought we would have

a small treat for supper. I baked some salmon, and we had a side

salad, home-made sauerkraut and each had one very small red potato.

After supper (and more and more throughout the evening) I feel SO

FATIGUED... a feeling I now realize I haven't had for quite awhile.

(Almost drunk and exhausted).

I had zero carbs all day long until that, and I'm thinking a small red

potato would have no more than 20 grams of carbs or so. But as Bee

says, it's the TYPE of carbs that matter.

It will be several more weeks before I do anything else like that. I'm

not worried that it messed up my progress or anything like that,

because Bee says once per week of something like that isn't very bad at

all. But still... YIKES!

This weekend, we ARE going to try the dessert recipe with the new

Mountain Rose Vanilla Beans we just received. (They are so big and

moist!)

Doug,

Let me know how the Vanilla beans are. I bought some from Mountain

Rose and was disappointed in the smell and flavor and thought about

sending them back. I put some in my egg drink and had no vanilla

taste. I bought them to make ice cream.

Please let me know.
