RE: all about cacao

I am used to drink 2 glasses of hot cacao (without sugar and milk) (10 gram cacao processed with alkaline) every day not to miss chocolate. I also add very small amount of vanillin because its smell makes me really happy.

As far as I know, "hot cacao" has very high anti-oxidative effects but it is also high in saturated fat.

I don't know whether cacao is health food or not. I want to take group's opinion about below questions:

Is cacao health food? according to the latest research studies YES but only when hot. cold does nothing and does not unleash it's benefits.

If so what should be the daily consumption limit? they don't know. i have a cup a day usually.
