Guest guest
I woke up this morning with a " crick in my neck. " I went to church and it slowly got worse and worse. By the time I came home, I had a horrible, throbbing headache and almost a nauseous feeling to boot. Similar to the feeling I had a month ago when I thought I had food poisoning. So I did the same thing I did last month! I'm not on antifungals yet, but I do have a bottle of oil of oregano gelcaps and some cheap garlic pills. I took one of each, and within 45 minutes, I feel much better! Also, I haven't been having naicin flushes, so I decided a few days ago to up the dosage. I only took 100 mg with breakfast, but had a delayed naicin flush almost 2 hours later. Is that strange or what??? Also, I made the homemade chile recipe last night from the files. (Except I substituted one grated zucchini for one of the bell peppers that's called for, and I doubled the oregano. I also used one jalepeno, and 4 regular sized cans of organic diced tomatoes, 1.5 pounds of grassfed hamburger (sauteeing the onions and celery in the fat) and 3 bay leaves). The Mountain Rose herbs make a huge difference in taste for sure! I can honestly say that I've NEVER had chile that tasted this good in my entire life!!!! Everyone should try that recipe, if they can tolerate the canned tomatoes!!! Doug
