Any vegan CR people out there?

Hi,

are there any vegan CR people outhere? Could you give me some tips on

succeeding at a vegan CR diet, especially in terms of the type of

food that you choose to eat and how you space out your meals?

I realize these things are very individual but I would like to get

some input. Doing vegan CR seems alot harder. I am currently relying

on more fortified foods, esepcially fortified cereals.
