I am used to drink 2 glasses of hot cacao (without sugar and milk) (10 gram cacao processed with alkaline) every day not to miss chocolate. I also add very small amount of vanillin because its smell makes me really happy. As far as I know, "hot cacao" has very high anti-oxidative effects but it is also high in saturated fat. I don't know whether cacao is health food or not. I want to take group's opinion about below questions: Is cacao health food? If so what should be the daily consumption limit? Hakan.
