This was a great poll on better sleep. Among the 7 votes

for " Other " were possibly the following to assist sleep:

*** Sexual activity

*** Go to bed at a regular time every night.

*** Avoid stress prior to bedtime.

Thanks for the extra work that it takes to construct, operate,

and then report poll results. They are useful results that

can help us all to get a better rest at night.

One single good idea alone can make a BIGGGGG difference!
