When I get too high in carbs/sugars I get a lot of joint pain. Not necessarily candida related. Or at least if it is, in me, the candida isn't activated to such an extent that I notice it directly.solalas _va wrote:> I am curious since I get the feeling like every time the candida flares my leg hurts...but I don't think that it is infected there. Guest guest
is: Candida can get into your Joints, your Sinuses, your Mouth, your Muscles, your Ear Canal, your Fingernails & Toenails, your Vagina, your Skin Creases, and etc. etc. etc. The Candida that live in your Colon, have to eat and when they eat, they defecate or whatever you want to call it and THAT IS THE TOXINS that can go right through your Intestinal Wall to travel wherever they choose. Guest guest
Hi Wighert :I do work with people who suffer severe illnesses and frequently they describe pain in ankles and elbows, which sometimes they are misdiagnosed with arthritis or reumatisms. They get almost inmediately ( three, four days to a couple of weeks) well by eliminating highcarbs. Simon. Guest guest
is I followed all the direcctions I got in various sites. I took Sporanox, Lamisil, probiotics and tried to keep a diet sugar and alcohol free. I felt worse but knew that the masive dying of candidaa was saturating my system with toxins. Then, recently, I suspended everything and waited. When the " SMOKE CLEARED " I quantified my symptoms and they where almost gone, confirming that I actually had candidiasis, so I started again with the protocol and been feeling better since. I stoped the anti fungal medications now and keep with the probiotics I can find in this country (Mexico) but I'm ordering Three lac to keep me away from the stupid yeast I got from three years of Cipro and Cortisone due to Osteomlytis (bone infection). > > I am curious since I get the feeling like every time the candida flares my leg hurts...but I don't think that it is infected there. Guest guest
Thanks. I am in the same boat. I have to take antibiotics as well long term and have run into the yeast issue and now feel the yeast maybe the sole contributor to all my symptoms:( and then new ones that are cropping up...joint pain adn incredible bloating being one. I too will prob. will have to take something like sporanox...but my doc now wants to just keep things in check with a lot of probiotics, alcohol/sugar free and then tackle the yeast after I am done with the antibiotics. Meantime I feel overwhelmed a bit. Thanks for the info. I have a question though. A little confused, but maybe I am just tired...how did you differentiate the pain from the bone infection from that from the joint pain from the yeast? I am being sincere in my question. I have wondered this myself...I have attributed mine to yeast since I know the yeast issue is becoming worse and worse. Thanks again. Guest guest
is: A few years back I had a terrible traffic accident in which, amogst other fractures, I had an exposed fracture to the femur. The bone got infected and necrocised (died) in the two points where it should have healed, and did'nt. Those infections are stuborn and require a lot of antibioticcs of ample spectrum plus cortisone for imflamation and pain. It took three years of constant use to control it. Now I know that these are the main factors for my candidiasis. The pain I felt recently in my ankles an elbow was different, more like arthritis or bursitis. This does'nt mean that the joints have the Candida infection in it. It mainly means that they are affected by the TOXINS emited by the Candida in my gut or troath, and absorved to the body trough the intestines. I can still feel some symptoms but down to 10 %. But now I do'nt want to abuse the funguisides, so I'm going to continue with probiotics now. I hope that I can learn more on this subject in this group and from Duncan. Guest guest
Wighert, Ok that makes perfect sense. Thanks for being so honest and answering all my questions. BTW, I hope everything else from the accident has returned back to normal for you. is candidiasis@...: wighert@...: Fri, 15 Feb 2008 01:39:57 +0000Subject: Re: Joint pain is:A few years back I had a terrible traffic accident in which, amogst other fractures, I had an exposed fracture to the femur. Guest guest
You're on NAE ? Don't know if you can stress-dose with those? anyone know? Got any Valerian, Rescue Remedy etc? Mo > > Hi Mo, > > thanks for the support. I finally got the official 'rubber-stamped' diagnoses for my son's ADHD and autism yesterday...after nearly four years of fighting. I should be relieved but actually I feel rubbish about it all. Not sure if that's why I'm in such a state today. It's all more stress. Guest guest
One last bit of advice . EAT SOMETHING! You will be suffering from hypoglaecemia now and that will be causing a lot of the symptoms you are now suiffering. EAT! That's an order Mo > > > > > Hi Jane, > > thanks for your reply. I don't have a husband.......... my kids are six and eight and their dad just does not understand the hypo t thing (he's never, to my knowledge been ill). We have always got on pretty well but between this illness and my sons autism, it's ruined our relationship. [Edit Abbrev Mod]
