Howdy ne,

Hows things doing at your neck of the woods woman?

Well that was especially interesting to this musican! LMAO.. (I usually sit and watch indicator lights to see if they are flashing at the same tempo as as the other cars.... LMAO... I'm blamming that one on the drugs... )

+ No piece of paper can be folded more than 7 times.

Of course now I have to try this...

+ Most dust particles in your house are made from dead skin.

Lots and lots of love,

isha

Or the SnowBunnyHotTubSplash

or the EmeraldCityRainBash

or SleeplessInSeattleBash, which works for any season, and based on how

late lots of us partied last year would seem to be appropriate.

My knee pops more since my surgery, but it's also still quite swollen. The

popping feels medial. Doesn't hurt, but wasn't there before.

Ann

hmmmmm

everynow and then my knee will pop when I stand up. Pop like when

you crack your knuckels, but it is never painful before that. I am

just trying to figure out how bad my cp is. I never have pain going

up or down stairs, only when I stand up every now and then.

I have been thinking this over. I would still recommend someone to go for a

myotomy first. His research is probably based on the difference between a

first time surgery vs. a first time dilatation. It is surely well documented

(?) that dilatation does cause scarring and that makes the chances of a

getting a successful Heller less sure. So why mess up your chances? If you

go for a Heller and it requires a bit of maintenance by way of a dilation

then you have not caused the scarring which would have made the op results

even less sure in the first place.

I am not sure I am getting my thoughts down here clearly !

The dilatation causes a tear within the muscle and it may not be very

extensive or right through the muscle ring. A myotomy, if done correctly

goes deeper and higher - in other words it is less hit and miss !

Just my penny's worth for tonight !
