Also, what do you think of essential oils........as in lavender etc.

(not the omegas) I have talked to a few people that swear by

them......or do you think it is a bunch of hype.

Hi Jeanne,

Years ago, when I used to be able to use essential oils without

reacting to them, I just loved to use essential oils. I found them very

soothing. I particularly liked lavender oil, as an air freshner in an

oil burner (forgot the correct term for it), and one of two drops as a

bath oil to relax. Essential oils must always be used scarcely and put

in the bath water with a carrier oil, as they are not meant to go

directly on the skin. As a stimulating bath, I would use (with a

carrier oil always) lemon or clary sage. Now, I find epsom salt baths

just as relaxing (good thing since I can't do the other)... so, did I

enjoy the lavender oil baths because I found the smell so soothing?...

Probably a bit of both.

In the last 5-6 years, I haven't used scented products period, because

of reactions, except tea tree oil in the last little while, as

disinfectant spray and room desodoriser without problems. This is a big

step in terms of having adverse reactions, and a very good indication

that my health is continuing to progress. Yeh!

Hi Fran, I think you are answering an old message. Since changed

their format I even get off track on old messages because of how they

come up by topic.
