Guest guest Posted September 23, 2006 Report Share Posted September 23, 2006 OK, I'm going through some *serious* cravings! Well, really, I have the munchies so bad! Those cookies are calling to me! (none in the house.) With this new program, I eat only 3 meals per day (no snacks). I've read the article about withdrawal and cravings. I'm slurping down my electrolyte & vit. C - actually a bit too much Vit C. I find myself daydreaming of cookies all day long. This is intense! It didn't help to see a display at the store today - lol! So, is there anything else I can do? Are there any good permissible munchies? So far, the best thing I can think of is the pint of cherry tomatoes on my counter - to eat along with dinner. Do I need to join a 12-step program for this addiction? :-D Thanks!! Marla PS - I have learned that it does *not* help to have delicious stock cooking on the stove all day - that makes cravings much worse! LOL!!
