Guest guest
Rodney: We too at the Skelton household love Chinese food. Be aware however that those delicious sauces are EXTREMELY high in fat and calories. They are among the highest in calories around and you are probably underestimating their caloric value. They are made with lots and lots of oil, sugar, salt, msg, etc. IOW very undesirable ingredients. Not that it stops me from inbibing chinese cuisine. Just don't overdo those sauces. If you can't get the sauces on the side where you can use only what's necessary to enjoy the dish (which is probably difficult) eat with a fork and let most of the sauce remain on the plate. The food still tastes delicious from being cooked in the sauce. Don't eat all that sauce that food is usually swimming in. Congrats on not depriving yourself and enjoying life while still being a CRONIE! on 1/1/2004 8:17 PM, Rodney at perspect1111@... wrote: > Once at the restaurant the first thing I order is chinese tea (yes > TEA! and the lots of water it contains).
