vegetable steamer/rice cooker/crockpot

I received this 3 in 1 unit for Christmas. It seems terrific because

steam doesn't escape when steaming veggies, it closes like a pressure

cooker and keeps in more flavour. I was concerned about the liner

though, the pot part of the crockpot. It looked like aluminum so I

called Krups to ask, they said it was, but it is coated with baked on

enamel. It doesn't look like enamel to me, but there's so many new

things out. Do you think this enamel coated container would be ok to

steam veggies in and use as a crockpot?
