trouble with memory and cold, and twitching

Hi, I was diagnosed with hypo about 3/24/08 and was wondering what would help

with my sluggish thinking/memory problems.

I am taking the starter dose of 50mcg of synthriod upon waking, to be adjusted

in a month and a half or so, my cousin had to have hers killed and removed and

my mom's seems to go either way hypo/hyper every once in a while, so it seems to

maybe run in the family.

also my eyes go to twitching so bad sometimes I can't see, also muscle spasms

elswhere.
