Get the pure nut butters sold in such stores as Whole foods/Fresh Fields, not the supermarket adulterated peanut butter. Delicious and without the added sugar, salt, extra hydrogenated oils etc. Store upside down so that the natural nut butter oils get spread throughout the butter, otherwise they rise to the top.
