I agree that the darker veggies & fruits seemed to have the highest reputation

for health benefits. Green tea didn't follow suit though. And I was suprised

when I heard about white tea. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve & db=PubMed & list_uids=12176021 & dopt=Abstract

I could be wrong, but it does seem that most on promo about white tea stems

from this one single study. I haven't tried white tea yet & wonder

how that tastes.

I like white tea. To me, it has a quite different flavor than that of green

tea. Suprisingly a stronger flavor to my taste buds, but pleasant.
