Guest guest
> > Hi guys, The more i look into candida the more paranoid i get about things i am doing wrong. I follow the diet very closely and take all the supplements etc, but then i see all this business about the right soap to use, and toothpaste, and shampoo. It freaks me out! Do we have to go to this extent? I mean I purchased plain Soul 's toothpaste, no flavour or sugars, it does however have sorbitol which i have heard is bad for candida. Can't i just continue to use this toothpaste and follow up with a bakingsoda mouthwash or something? ==>It is much cheaper and safer to use natural products for toothpaste; I use about 1/2 hydrogen peroxide (H202) and 1/2 water only. You can also use baking soda mixed 50/50 with sea salt, and enough H202 to make a paste. Any sugars in toothpaste are readily absorbed in the mouth - they've done studies with children and find that toothpaste with sweeteners spiked up their insulin levels quite quickly. ==>There are also alternative cleaning products and you can make your own shampoo, etc. Anything you put on your skin or breathe in is readily absorbed into your body, just as if you ate them. > I also use a tea tree oil soap (not the desert one that is recomended just a bar from the chemist). As tea tree is good for killing candida won't it just cancel out any other possible bad ingredients in the soap?? ==>No, it won't cancel out stuff like propelene glycol which is antifreeze, SLS, and other extremely toxic substances. > How imperative are these products to overcoming candida? Sorry i am just so frustrated, everything is so expensive and i am starting to get really overwhelmed by all the finer details. ==>Getting proper nutrients are more important , so focus on them. Guest guest
Paranoia is thinking things that are not real are. I think perhaps you are just becoming aware of certain things in existance in some places. That is not to say it is rampant or widespread nor is it to say it is not. It only exists. The difficulty is keeping it in perspective and proportion when one's own experiences are so limited and all the rest is simply the stories of others own limited experiences. There is a solution to every problem, and an answer to every question. The difficulty is only in allowing the universe to bring it to you and be willing to be open to anything. The moon has enough energy through the movement of the push and pull of the tides to give energy to the entire planet. We do not need filthy dirty destructive processing of fossil fuels. Only those open to allowing the answers as to how to build the equipment to harness the power of water and to allowing the funding to come to them, will realize this dream and take into reality for us all. On the Indian reserve geothermal power from the magma of the earth is being used to heat and cool the homes. Visionaries made this so. The Indians are also processing the water from the river in a way that does not add poisonous chlorine. Visionaries made this so. There are answers, there are solutions, and there is always excuses not to use them or not to do them. It sounds like you are seeing what is and making choices and being your own visionary. It sounds like you are succeeding towards your vision of becoming clean and pure and healthy. I shall certainly now look at whether the organic food in the stores are being sprayed and make enquiries as to whether the city chlorinated tap water is being used. Learning is fun. Step by step, changes are a foot!! I do have a certain amount of emotional discomfort for I am one of those people who take medications and who eat processed food with stomach turning frightful ingredient lists. But, there is a way to remove these from the sewage, someplaces are doing it, some are not. Priorities and value for the money seems to run my life and those around me. You forgot to mention the bacteria, fungus, parasites and other lovelies I am releasing into the sewage system as well. On the upside, your immune system is amazing and your body can process, handle, and remove alot of things easily, it is important to remember that. Moderate the thoughts and they will not turn into paranoia, I hope. My understanding of soil is the organisms life cycle releases substances into the soil which affect the rocks and minerals and make the nutrients available for the plants to absorb. There is dead lifeless soil that is organic and then their is life lifegiving soil that is organic. I do so enjoy the questions you have me think about. . > > so it brings a point about organic food!! > They keep watering it with chemicals. I never thought of that before, > but when you go to the Whole Food market, the very place the sprout > people are boycotting, they keep watering your " organic " food with > tap water. good Lord! > it is better when it is grown in soil? does anybody knows ? > because of course, water used to grow our organic food in soil is the > same water. Oh well! think about using human excrements with all the > medications and hormones and garbage people are eating! and it is also > in our water supply.
