Guest guest
I also experience the same effect... having eaten more than usual and foods that I normally wouldn't eat at all, (sugar!) I find the next day I am not as hungry and it all evens out without any weight gain. I sample a little bit of most everything, but do keep my portions at a minimum. I did find it interesting to again observe the eating patterns of my guests for Thanksgiving dinner. Bless their hearts, but I as I am labeled " that health food nut " to watch everyone else overeat, complaining about how miserable they were all evening, and having to hunt up digestive aids for their tummy aches... well I have to wonder?? Now, who is the extremist?? Ha! Be well, Francesca Skelton wrote: >I'm sure I ate about 1000 calories more than a regular day yesterday. >Fortunately the scale hasn't moved and today I'm not very hungry and >haven't >eaten much. Guest guest
: what an interesting twist!! I remember attending a wedding a couple of years ago I was on CR (It was 3 years in May since I started) but nevertheless overate. I was so uncomfortable that now all I need do is remind myself of that unfortunate experience when I couldn't even enjoy the remainder of the festivities; I was so stuffed that I felt sick! on 11/29/2003 11:29 AM, bluemoonx3 at bluemoonx3@... wrote: > I did find it interesting to again observe the eating patterns of my > guests for Thanksgiving dinner.
