The exercise is based on a new book called " The Power of 10 " . Many celebrities have embraced it. Basically the claim of the book is that you only have to weight train extremely hard for 20 minutes a week to get all benefits of exercise. Some cardiologists debunked it because of the lack of cardio-vascular training. Anyone else see this program? What do our exercise experts think of this?
