Hard to explain, but I think you know what I mean. , I know what you mean from seeing other people, but oddly, that's not how I've been affected. I'm more lumpy than bloated. However, I do remember, at the high dosage, thinking that I looked like Michelin Man, ready to deflate at a pinprick. That went away pretty quickly when the dosage came down. I prefer having stretch marks to being dead. That point of view helps me often. Harper

Guest guest
Since I first was diagnosed with low Thyroid I took a pill from the endro that bloated me up===then I insisted on synthroid which I take .0125 mg. I still haven't lost even alittle weight. I always weighed 110 and when I got the thyroid problem I knew right away because I was gaining a pound a day until i gained 50 pounds. I still havent lost anything. I can exercise and walk but still cant lose even a little bit of weight. I just went to this Pharmist who has been in the business for over 40 years and he told me that this pill CLA will make me lose the weight. I just started so I cant tell yuou yet. plus I am on OrthroMega fish oil pills. This pill is free of mercury which is in the normal fish oil. This is for my cholestrol which I have because of the thyroid problems. So I hope I will start losing soon. Sandy email me with problems you have and I'll try to help since I have had this for awhile.
Guest guest
CLA is conjugated lineolic acid. A supplement often used to aid in metabolism and often helpful for diabetics. One of my providers swears by it and recommends it very enthusiatically for insulin resistance. Steph SJO :0) -------------- Original message -------------- From: AlanticLdy@... I am going through the same battle with the weight! I have been hypo for 9 years. I take natural supplements along with my Synthroid. I see Alan Tillotson in Newark, Delaware.
