Guest guest
Hi Bee. Can I still reap all the benefits of your raw egg drink without the butter seeing I am allergic to all milk products including casein? Do I need to replace the butter with another fat? Thanks

Thanks so much. ==>Food allergies are very misunderstood, please read Allergies, What They Are & How to Treat Them. People who cannot have casein however can have ghee, which is butter that has had the milk proteins like casein removed - see Recipe Folder for how to make Ghee. ==>You can have the egg drink without butter however. But butter contains very important nutrients that are not contained in other fats - see Fat Facts in the Candida Diet Folder. Cheers, Bee
