Guest guest
I used to do the skin brushing in the morning and then take a shower. I've been having a harder time getting going lately and wonder wether it would be too stimulating to do the skin brushing later in the day or evening. I have trouble sleeping, so I don't want to make it any harder. On the other hand, a nice calming bath at night would probably help. So, since it's best to bathe or shower after skinbrushing I don't know if it's better to do it the morning or the evening. Elyse
Guest guest
For trouble sleeping, I recommend something called " Tranquinol " . It balances the neurotransmitters and helps relax you so that you can sleep. My daughter has tried everything, including Gaba, and this works alot better. Here is the link: http://www.phpure.com/nutrition_products/pdfs/TranquilityComplex.pdf Hope that helps. Morning and throughout the day is best, but it is okay if you do it earlier in the evening and not too close to bedtime. Bee
