Two tiny cysts on the right of my thyroid

Today I had an ultrasound. Saw the pathologist and he stated the above-

subject. He said not to worry. So now I have 3 or 4 nodules and these

cysts.

What causes them?

Lastly, will the endo give me more Armour or won't this matter.
