Anyone have constipation associated with thyroid meds?

Anyone on Thyroid meds deal with constipation and sluggish bowel function?

Things were great when I started my meds, now all of a sudden, not so much.

At first I thought it could be due to my new diet. No sugar and eating only

meats and some veggies and fruits (not too many of the veggies and fruits).

Yesterday when I was at my Naturopath's office to pick up my adrenal tonic, I

mentioned this to her and she said it could be due to my Thyroid med. I am

currently on Armour.

Any suggestions on how to " move things along? "
