Low body temperature is a sign the metabolism is not working properly.

While I was stil hypOthyroid I had a very low body temperature and was

quite unhealthy.

Sam - did you take more Armour? How did to get your temps up to a healthy

reading? I dont feel particularly unhealthy but I dont want to do any damage to

my heart or any other organ. I have a healthy diet and I exercise a lot - more

so since Christmas and am going to Caribbean next week.

Yes I am on Armour...I have no thyroid gland so I have to take Armour

to stay alive. I have a normal body temp and feel totally awesome.

My body temperature normalized by itself as I was dosing Arour up

according to symptoms.

Oh my, have TONS OF FUN on your vacation. I used to go to " the

islands " when I lived in Miami - I'm up in the top west part of

Washington State now...
