Guest guest
Low body temperature is a sign the metabolism is not working properly. While I was stil hypOthyroid I had a very low body temperature and was quite unhealthy. Guest guest
Sam - did you take more Armour? How did to get your temps up to a healthy reading? I dont feel particularly unhealthy but I dont want to do any damage to my heart or any other organ. I have a healthy diet and I exercise a lot - more so since Christmas and am going to Caribbean next week. Guest guest
Yes I am on Armour...I have no thyroid gland so I have to take Armour to stay alive. I have a normal body temp and feel totally awesome. My body temperature normalized by itself as I was dosing Arour up according to symptoms. Oh my, have TONS OF FUN on your vacation. I used to go to " the islands " when I lived in Miami - I'm up in the top west part of Washington State now...
