Guest guest
Hello, Has anyone had their thyroid tests results come out pretty much normal but convinced their dr. to put them on meds anyway and felt much better? My results are always normal but I fell horrible..tired all the time, cold and weight gain....my dr/ put me on a low dose of 25cg of Levothyroxin and i felt a tad better....I decided to go off of it after two years because I did not see a big differnce.. iwas off of it for about two months and started feeling really exausted! MOre than ever...I work out 5 dyas a week for 1 hour and lost 60 pounds in a 3 year period. I am in execellent health and always have been...this is why i can't figure out why i feel so bad! I have gained 10 of my 60 pounds back and I did start taking my thyroid pills again about 1 month ago..I upped it to 2 a day and have not started feelign any better! My mother had throid disease and had both lobes removed years ago...this is why i always make sure that mine is checked in my yearly blood work! Has anyone had this happen to them and if so can you give me any ideas? Maybe I need more than 50 cg's???? Thank you,
