Guest guest Posted February 6, 2008 Report Share Posted February 6, 2008 Garlic Egg Butter A tasty treat to fill your celery stalks with. 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled and mashed to pieces 2-3 Tablespoons butter softened 1 fresh pressed garlic clove 1/4 teaspoon of parsley Celtic seasalt to taste Mix the butter, garlic, parsley and sea salt together. Then gently mix the eggs in with it until well blended. Fill celery stalks with it and sprinkle with paprika (optional). You can play around with this recipe adding other herbs or spices or just making it plain without herbs or spices. It's a yummy snack.
