==>Some canned tomatoes are okay, if they are organic, certified

organic, unpasteurized, without additives, etc.. Some people are more

sensitive to molds that may be more prevalent in canned foods, while

others aren't, so that is determined on an individual basis.

Matt and Bee,

We were just talking about this in our home. I don't know how much

work it would be but separating out the recipes and foods for

different stages on Bee's plan would be very helpful.

==>Yes, that is a very good idea Anita. It IS a lot of work! :) It

will be easier once my website is complete, and I have all of the

recipes on my website.
