Suggestion for Recipe Folder

Hi all,

I would like to make a suggestion for the recipe folder. Twice now

i've had slip-ups through following recipes contained in the folder,

not realising which recipes are suitable only for later stages of the

program. Like last night for example, I cooked meatballs using canned

tomatos as per the recipe which has upset my stomach and generally set

me back quite noticeably.

It's an excellent resource and thankyou, but I think this will help a

lot of the new members substantially.
