Guest guest Posted January 7, 2004 Report Share Posted January 7, 2004 Oops, here's more: I'm shoting for spring as reaching my ultimate caloric goal because my intention is to drop by daily caloric intake by 100 calories per day per month, e.g., 1700 in February, 1600 in March, et al. I'm allowing some " fudge " factor...if I need to stay at a certain caloric level longer, I will...so summer may be a more realistic goal. Our son is 2...and one of those babies who has always slept about 30% less than average. Right now, he sleeps 9 hours in a 24 hour cycle. So, I need to be energetic!
