Guest guest
I know that calorie restriction is recommended to be at a slow rate for "normies", but it seems to me that those of us who were sick and obese may have real health needs met by dropping weight more quickly. I know I put my autoimmune junk into remission by dropping the weight from 215 in March, to 155 in August. Now I am at 131. There have been no down sides in health. What damage is caused if one is eating healthful foods, supplements, exercises, and keeps calories in the 1000-1200 range, which is what I did most of the time? Now I am up to about 1500-1800 calories a day, losing more imperceptably, within 2-5 lbs of lowest desired weight.
