Guest guest
Tomorrow is "Wear Red Day" to bring attention to the number one killer of women, heart disease. They are calling for lowering the blood pressure below the formerly recommended 120/80. Most of us who practice CRON have lower BP's than that. I clocked in at 96/66 today...I think that would be good for my age. Of course the other things recommended are exercise, attention to nutrition, quit smoking and stress relief. One thing they mentioned today was that fatigue, more than a usual, may precede a heart event as long as 2 weeks prior. Burning under the chin was another unusual symptom and of course don't dismiss all gastric pain as "just gastric pain".
