Guest guest Posted January 18, 2008 Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 Hi Bee, While I am getting my VCO and fat intake in general back up, would it be ok to have avocado oil? I find myself going as high as 110 grams of protein some days because I am so hungry and the amount I should be eating is 76 grams. What about sunflower oil and grapeseed oil just temporarily - I know they are not good for you in large quantities, but how about in the interim until my fat intake is where it needs to be from animal fats, VCO, palm oil, and olive oil? I try to eat fatty meats like pork back and ground lamb but I also have ostrich, buffalo and venison in the freezer that I need to use up. Also, is it true that VCO is a stronger antifungal than palm oil or does it vary from person to person? I had an almost pain free day yesterday :-) but I was SO hungry I had more VCO than I should have and I am paying for it today. ::-( Oh well, maybe it's doing some good work inside my body.
