I found this site http://members.austarmetro.com.au/~julian/cfs/naltrexone.htm

and this is a excerpt from it:

You can see that before starting LDN, my T and NK cells were on a consistent descending path, and by 1998 most were outside "normal" limits. The change after starting LDN can only be described as impressive for the first year. Although there is no way of knowing if this is coincidence or due to some other change, I am fairly convinced that the changes were in fact due to Naltrexone, partly because the changes were so consistent from exactly that time - every test was better than the last. Look at the trend lines I have drawn over the graphs. B-cells have been completely unaffected throughout.

I didn't read the entire thing; just the part that I posted here. Hope this helps.

My wife has Multiple Myeloma also a B cell disease and a cousin to lymphoma,

expressing in

plasma cells rather than white cells. I've been studying the use of LDN for

fighting her

disease, and have concluded it will be safe to try. I believe the primary

action of raising

endorphin levels poses no threat to exacerbate the disease. It is possible

binding of LDN to

opioid receptors on the diseased cells will block signals they need to continue

to live, and

cause cell death.

Lets stay in touch.

low dose naltrexone

Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Looking for an answer to one question.

Hi

I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion on how I could find the

answer to one important (for me) question which will help me decide

whether to start on LDN.

I need to know if LDN is suitable for those with B cell lymphoma ( as

opposed to T cell). The LDN web site does not have the specific

information I'm after and a telephone consultation with Dr Bihari is

a little too expensive for me at this stage, especially for one

question.

The reason I want this question clarified before trying LDN is that

there are warnings from many sources on using substances which

stimulate the immune system as they could also stimulate B cells

so I would just llike to know if LDN falls into this category.

Thanks.
