New guy with some thoughts...

Hi guys. I'm in Ontario, Canada and I'm RRMS as of a month and a

half ago when I was dx'd. I'm looking to get on LDN in the next

week as I've done my homework and this definitely seems like the way

to go. Got my scrip already.

I've been thinking about the traditional drug companies' potential

involvement regarding a lobby to get this product banned. The drug

was already FDA approved in 1984 for 50mg doses and up, and ReVia

(the brand name) is owned by Dupont. It would be a real can of

worms for the goverment to backpedal on a company like Dupont, a

major heavyweight in their own right. People using it for other

purposes (safe in higher doses than ours, right?) would probably

come after Dupont and the FDA with lawsuits of their own if the drug

were all of a sudden deemed to be unsafe. Hopefully Dupont will be

benevolent enough to leave well enough alone...

Glad to see so many doing so well with LDN; the RRMS accounts with

it have given me some much needed hope.
