Hi ,

Thank you so much for that thoughtful response. I wish my adrenals

would improve quicker, but I just have to resolve myself to the fact

that it takes time, and just keep plugging along. Like you, my legs

just don't want to move on some days, and the leaky balloon analogy is

a good one too. Ugh! Where's a magic wand when you need one! " )

It always helps to know other people have gone through something

similar as it put things in the proper perspective. So thanks for

sharing.

Hi Jecca,

When my adrenals bottomed out 3 1/2 years ago my blood pressure ran

low as 90/50 for almost 2 years. Needless to say I could barely

function most days. My legs felt like lead and I was tired beyond

belief. I used lots of salt and did the morning salt drink that Dr.

recommends everyday. It still has taken every bit of 3 years

to get my blood pressure back up to normal. My adrenals were so

squashed that the only thing that was going to make a real dent was

time. The salt drink did provide a bit a extra energy - but it felt

like trying to put air into a balloon that was leaking. It will come

back Jecca. Time and patience are great healers....along with Bee's

wonderful program of course!!
